The perfect morning perk up, or late night drink addition around the bonfire

Do you know what tastes delicious? Starbucks. Do you know what smells delicious, a potpourri mixture full of apples, cinnamon and spices bubbling happily in your cauldron the stove. Take about twenty minutes and combine them both with my vegan/Kosher Spiced Apple Creamer.

My ever helpful food tester, Linda was curious, and we were out of coffee. So there we went to the HEB (our local grocery store) to buy two bags of our favorite community coffee variety. I used about three tablespoons of the creamer. Fantasies of opening up a coffee shop swirled in my mind. Well, maybe someday. But for now, you can try my first attempt at vegan flavored creamer, in your own home.
