Made with Plant based butter, this is an amazing vegan alternative to honey butter and is dairy-free, cruelty free, kosher pareve, and contains no added sugars.
Its beginning to feel like fall around here. While I'm not ready to break out the sweaters just yet, I did break out a cardigan for those cooler nights. I recently went on a trip to my friend's home in Missouri. I will be referencing this possibly all month and it is the reason for the sharp drop off in posts. Sorry about that, I had quite an adventure. To make it all up to you, I will be posting pictures from my trip at the bottom of some of the recipe posts. Sound fun? I think so.
What goes better with adventure and fall than spices and warm muffins with melting butter? I thought of an easy but delightful recipe to write and this cleared the post travel blues. Spiced Maple Butter. It's a five ingredient, less than ten minute recipe. I think you will enjoy it a lot.

This recipe takes 10 min of prep time and yields 1/2 cup
The supplies needed are: measuring spoons, mixing bowl, electric hand mixer, and a butter bell or other storage container. You will need the following ingredients: 1/2 cup vegan butter (1 stick), 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, 1/4 teaspoon cloves, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
STEP 1 Place all Ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Take your electric mixer and combine well on medium speed.
STEP 2 Scrape the butter off the mixers, then take the spatula and use it to move the butter to a butter bell or other storage container. I've had my eyes on The original Butter Bell Crock Available on amazon. The butter stays fresh up to two weeks, if it lasts that long.

I personally have been a fan from all the way back when I used to only order Textbooks (because that was pretty much all they have), and despite a few things I am not so happy about (and tailor my buying habits appropriately), I am a fan of the company. How can i not be, they have given my friends jobs when they were struggling.
